Hello! We are sisters and co-founders of Cloud9 Wellness Hub, which was brought about to fulfill our desire to create spaces - virtual or otherwise, where we and like-minded people can find peace, seek solace and continue on a path of wellness irrespective of what we are experiencing.
We grew up in a family that held mental health at the forefront of what we did, and through our late father Jonathan Ashby we were taught the importance of meditation, mindfulness and visualisation from a very young age. Our family spent time with members of the Hare Krishna Movement, and more recently the Brahma Kumaris Movement, where we have been able to expand our practice of meditation and mindfulness.
We believe it is our right and responsibility as human beings to feel and be well and through Cloud9 we aim to support and deliver this to all who join us.

Hello, I'm Jessica!
I'm a Pilates, Wellness and Aerial Master Trainer, an Aerial and Skating Performer and Co-Director of Cloud9 Wellness Hub.
My vast career brings about my three passions, a love of learning, sharing my passions through teaching and expressing my talents through performing. All united with one common theme, that of wellness for myself and for others.
My training started at the tender age of eight years old as an ice-skater where I trained, competed and performed across the country with my coach margarita Sweeney-Baird. I was introduced to Pilates as a form of training to enhance and support my physical and mental performance and I'm now a fully Qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor.
I spent four years training, teaching and performing with Aircraft Circus where I graduated and then went on to teach on their Full Time Foundation Course in Circus Arts and perform with them in a number of shows. I also had the privilege to travel, perform and teach with them on their circus exchange programmes across Europe.
I am a CircusFit Flyers Master Trainer where I trained and qualified with Master Trainer & CircusFit Director Hester Montgomery Campbell.
My passion for teaching and learning led me to qualify with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education completed at The Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, going on to teach at a North London Secondary School.
I consider myself a life-long learner and continue to find and complete trainings to enhance my continuous professional development to better myself and my clients. I recently graduated as a Museum of Happiness Facilitator, run by Vicky Johnson and Shamash Alidina where I use what I learnt and experienced to enhance my practice and teachings.
