Aerial Yoga is a unique and holistic approach to wellness with multiple mental, physical and emotional health benefits, raising those all important endorphins, but beware, it’s highly addictive - in a good way!
Using the hammock you need no prior experience as you will develop overall strength, flexibility, confidence, proprioception and learn ways to relax and release anything that no longer serves you through meditation and mindfulness whilst being held and supported by your aerial hammock, a unique feeling like no other. You will be supported and guided by Jessica who will give you her full attention, helping you to feel safe and supported so that you can fly!
You should leave your Aerial Yoga sessions feeling positive, invigorated, inspired, relaxed, informed, happy and free!
With just shy of 10 years aerial experience, Jessica will discuss your individual needs and what you would like to achieve from your bespoke sessions either solo, or within your group, so that you will get the most out of your time both on the ground and in the air.
Jessica is taking on private 1:1 clients, and is able to arrange group sessions of up to six friends/family/colleagues of your choice. She is able to take on absolute beginners or experienced flyers to enhance their practice.
Prices are per person, per hour and are as follows:
1 person private session = £80
2 people = £50 each
3-6 people £45 each
It is recommended to book a course of four sessions at a time to really get the benefits of Aerial Yoga and deepen your practice.
Parking on street outside the studio or approx 20 min walk from Welwyn Garden City train station.
