Modern life can be hectic. Giving children time to reflect and simply be still and calm in a non-threatening, non-competitive and friendly environment is a great gift. Yoga provides time for the mind to slow down and settle.
Yogis of this age develop self-confidence, self-awareness, acceptance and tolerance. Physically, their bodies become stronger and more flexible with increased co-ordination and body awareness.
These classes are a lovely way for your little ones to wind down after a day at school, and our teachers are all DBS checked and qualified giving you piece of mind. Our warm and welcoming hub is the perfect venue to house these after school clubs.
