Set in the welcoming environment of Cloud9 Wellness Hub, you will be guided through a gentle session of mindfulness through slow movement and meditation. With a focus on the body and the breath, you should finish our session feeling light, relaxed and calm.
This session is suitable for all adult bodies and we provide mats, blocks, chairs, cushions and blankets for your extra comfort.
Included in your ticket is a healthy and filling cooked vegan brunch with a choice of either a hot or cold drink.
A buffet style brunch: Hash browns, baked beans, scrambled tofu, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, pancakes, fresh fruit and yogurt.
