Post natal yoga guides new mothers through their healing journey after pregnancy and birth.
This yoga course led by Zuhre Mehmet will support you in connecting with your postpartum body, helping to gently heal your core and pelvic strength, ease achy shoulders and back and find some time to breathe. You will develop techniques to relax, restore and re-energise, giving you the tools to support and assist your mind and body during this truly magical transformation into motherhood, whether you've given birth once, twice or many times before.
This is a beautiful course to bond with with your baby, while also making new connections with other mothers too.
The space is yours to feed, change and engage with your baby as you need. Sleeping, crying or laughing - all babies are welcome! Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 mothers per course.
Please bring a muslin cloth and / or blanket for your baby to lie on and a yoga mat, although we have mats if you do not have your own.
There is covered outdoor buggy storage that you may use at your own risk.

1 adult and 1 baby we say from around 6-8 weeks postpartum until crawling, but we are flexible on this and are guided by you.
For mothers of multiple babies, as long as you can all fit on one mat there is no need to book another place. Should you want to bring another adult to support you, we will require you to book another place.
Zuhre is a Yoga and Meditation teacher specialising in Himalayan Hatha Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She is also mum to 2 amazing little children.
