Jackie's locally renowned and award winning antenatal class consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although we cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
This is a really friendly class and a great way to meet other pregnant mums.
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy, previous yoga experience is not necessary.

Jackie has over 20 years experience of teaching Yoga and has been teaching pregnancy yoga for the past 10 years. Her fun, welcoming and informative approach to pregnancy and yoga makes this the perfect class for expectant mothers.
Jackie is a British Wheel of Yoga (the governing body for yoga in the UK) diploma holder and is YMCA/RSA ETM qualified.
