There's something special about Saturday mornings don't you think? They give off a buzz and a feeling of excitement at the start of a fresh weekend. Our Saturday morning Yoga class with Adriana is the perfect accompaniment to the start of your weekend.
We are going with a "softly-strong" approach to this session, easing you into your weekend and waking the body and mind up with strong Hatha postures blended with the flow of Ashtanga.
We aim to help you improve your flexibility; posture alignment; balance; focus and concentration; muscle strength as well as your inner strength.
Known for boosting your immune system, through yoga you will also learn how to protect vulnerable areas of your body, prevent injury and ward off illness. Other notable benefits are increased levels of positivity, better sleep and an overall feeling of wellbeing.
You will have the opportunity to learn about yoga philosophy and mindfulness which will have a positive effect on your everyday life.

Adriana did her yoga training with the British Wheel of Yoga. She is qualifued in the 3000 year old traditional style of Hatha yoga and meditation. She has also studied dynamic Ashtanga yoga in India, and Thai Yoga massage with Mudita school in London.
