A beginners-level class with a focus on alignment and building a good understanding of the foundation postures. Rachel will guide you in a flowing sequence to develop strength within the mind and body. More experienced Yogis are welcome too.

Introduced to Yoga and Mindfulness whilst exploring Thailand in 2005, Rachel has been influenced by a variation of yoga styles including high energy 'hot' yoga and bikram as well as the more classical, Hatha styles which she practised during pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Rachel’s teaching style is nourishing with a focus on alignment. After qualifying with the Atmananda Yoga studio (NYC) Rachel then went on to achieve certificates in pre/post-natal yoga as well as teaching yoga to children and teens. Rachel teaches nourishing, dynamic flows with a focus on building strength in the body and mind, followed by a well-deserved, restorative relaxation.
