YOGA PARENT & TODDLER

About our sessions...

Yoga sessions for this age group are fun, dynamic and creative, while also teaching children self-control in a non-competitive and calm environment.

Toddlers are natural yogis! They receive the teachings of yoga and grow from them in inspiring ways.

Parents are encouraged to participate and play with their toddlers throughout the session, experiencing the physical and mental benefits of yoga together.

We run these sessions two mornings a week to offer flexibility for parents who work or whose children may be at nursery or childminder on certain days.

We class our toddler age range from 2- 4 years as appoximation. If slightly younger please feel free to come and see if it‘s for you. although we give a they may benefit more by waiting until they are two years old.  Please come and try to see how they get on.  If your children fall outside of this age range then take a look at our Mother and Baby Yoga or our After School Kids Club.

If you have a baby you may bring them too, however the class is aimed at you and your toddler.
