What can I expect?
A steady yoga class focusing on breath, alignment, and stability. You can expect to move fluidly through a sequence of postures, developing strength and flexibility. Explore a balance of effort and ease in this empowering and uplifting practice, which will conclude with some restorative yoga, helping to calm the mind and assist with relaxation.
When can I start?
Anytime! Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, any age, gender or size. If you have a condition or injury, please speak to Ro at the start of your session.
Classes take place at Cloud9 Wellness Hub, 869 Green Lanes, N21 2QS, which is easily accessible from Enfield, Palmers Green and Grange Park. There is parking available on the surrounding streets. Nearest station is Winchmore Hill.
Mats are provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
