We pride ourselves in bringing movement and wellness to all ages and stages of life. Our bespoke chair yoga/pilates classes focus on movement breath-work, voice activation and mindful meditation.

These classes are done in a chair to take pressure off of the body and to allow everyone to take part.

We recommend these to be weekly/fortnightly classes for repetition which is especially helpful for those with early onset dementia.
