I - The Client
By making a booking with Cloud9 Wellness Hub, I agree to the terms of service as follows:
I am aware of the risks in observing or participating in the activities offered with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and I understand that all sports, fitness and holistic practices that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils.
I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I book my session(s).
I realise that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage I sustain, including personal injuries to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death.
I confirm that I am physically, mentally and emotionally fit and able to participate in my booking.
I will fill out and the relevant forms sent to me in my confirmation email upon booking, no later than 48 hours before the start time of my booking.
I will notify Cloud9 Wellness Hub prior to the session starting of any new circumstances physical or otherwise that may affect my participation in my booking and I understand that this information may lead to a decision made by Cloud9 Wellness Hub to exclude me from my booking.
Cancellation policy (see below for Wild Women Retreat)
If I cancel my booking(s) at any time for any reason, I may request a date, and/or time transfer by paying half of the next booking price, (and any outstanding balance due for the new date) but not a refund. I am entitled to a maximum of one date, and/or time transfer per booking. The date/time transfer must be within six months of the original booking. Cloud9 Wellness Hub will not refund the difference should the balance of the new date be less.
All bookings must be paid for in advance unless otherwise arranged with Cloud9 Wellness Hub. If it is arranged that I can make payment on the day of the booking(s) and I cancel my booking(s) at any time for any reason I will still be liable to pay full price for the cancellation plus half of my next booking price.
If I fail to turn up for a booking, or decide to leave my booking early, I will not be entitled to a refund or a date/time change.
The full balance of the booking price is due no less than two weeks prior to the event date. If I fail to pay the remaining balance by this time I will forfeit my place and no refund for any payments made will be given, but I may request one date change by paying half of the next booking ticket price.
Any date changes requested must be redeemed within six months of the original booking. If there are no date changes available within this six month period I will forfeit my date change with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and I will not be entitled to a refund.
If I cancel my booking at any time, I may gift/sell my booking(s) to someone else no less than 24 hours prior to the booking based on the terms above as long as they are fit to take part. I am responsible for arranging this and Cloud9 Wellness Hub and their affiliates will not do this on my behalf.
If Cloud9 Wellness Hub and/or their affiliates cancels or transfers the event date I will be entitled to a date change or a refund for the event price minus the booking fee and/or minus any date change fees I have paid.
Wild Women Retreat cancellation policy
If I cancel my booking at anytime up to two weeks before the booking date I can get a 50% refund from the full booking price minus booking fees, or one date change by paying half of the next booking ticket price.
If I cancel my booking within two weeks of the booking date I will not be entitled to a refund, but I can request one date change by paying half of the next booking ticket price.

Discount bookings
Discount bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable at anytime of cancellation.
Discount voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or voucher codes.
