By booking or purchasing a class, course, membership, product or event with Cloud9 Wellness Hub Ltd in person and/or online, you (I) agree to the terms of service as follows.
I am aware of the risks in observing or participating in the activities offered with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and I understand that all sports, fitness, coaching, meditation or mindfulness practice that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils. I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I sign this agreement. I realize that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage I sustain, including personal injuries to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death.
It is understood that Cloud9 Wellness Hub is responsible for any damage that would be resulting from a fault of Cloud9 Wellness Hub and its representatives.
I confirm that I am physically and emotionally fit and able to participate in the product I have booked on to/purchased.
I will fill out and sign any relevant forms sent to me prior to my booking/purchase commencing.
I take full responsibility for my mental/physical/emotional health and I will notify my coach or class leader if I am injured or unwell prior to the booking/purchase commencing. I will let my coach or class leader know prior to the booking/purchase starting of any new circumstances physical or otherwise that may affect my participation in the session. I understand that this information may lead to a decision made by the coach or class leader to exclude me from the session, based on this information and no refunds can be made if told within 24 hours of the start time.
I understand that anything I undertake with Cloud9 and the people, discussions and content I encounter as a result of my booking is strictly confidential and I will not share, copy or reproduce any of the names of people or content delivered to me at any time.
Bookings are not transferable and non-refundable, unless Cloud9 Wellness Hub and/or their affiliates cancels or transfers the event date, in which case we will either transfer your booking to another date or refund you the event price minus the booking fee.
If I cannot make my booking for whatever reason I will not be entitled to a refund or date transfer.
Cloud9 Wellness Hub will take all necessary precautions to ensure maximum safety in sessions/events. There is no pressure for me to do anything I do not want to do. I agree that by purchasing a product for myself or child and completing and returning the forms upon booking, that I have the choice to participate in a session with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and will listen to instructions carefully. I will comply with the space rules. I agree to follow the rules and regulations of Cloud9 Wellness Hub.
We, (Cloud9 Wellness Hub) reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By booking my session(s) I agree to the terms and conditions as listed above.
