By booking this session(s) you agree to the terms of service as follows.
I - The Client
I am aware of the risks in observing or participating in the activities offered with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and I understand that all sports, fitness and holistic practices that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils.
I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I book my session(s).
I am aware of the risks in observing or participating in the activities offered with Cloud9 Wellness Hub and I understand that all sports or fitness that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils. I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I sign this agreement. I realize that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage I sustain, including personal injuries to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death.
It is understood that Cloud9 Wellness Hub is responsible for any damage that would be resulting from a fault of Cloud9 Wellness Hub and its representatives.
I confirm that I am physically and emotionally fit and able to participate in this class.
I will fill out and the relevant forms sent to me in my confirmation email upon booking, no later than 24 hours before the start time of my session.
I will notify my tutor if I feel injured or unwell. I will let my tutor know prior to the session starting of any new circumstances physical or otherwise that may affect my participation in the session. I understand that this information may lead to a decision made by the tutor to exclude me from the session, based on this information.
Bookings are not transferable and non-refundable, unless Cloud9 Wellness Hub and/or their affiliates cancels or transfers the event date, in which case we will either transfer your booking to another date or refund you the event price minus the booking fee.
If I fail to turn up for a booking without notifying Cloud9 Wellness Hub I will not be entitled to a refund or date transfer.
If I cancel my booking(s) at any time I may request a date transfer by paying a cancellation fee, (and any outstanding balance due for the new date) but not a refund. I am entitled to a maximum of one date transfer per booking. The date transfer must be within 12 months of the original booking. Cloud9 Wellness Hub will not refund the difference should the balance of the new date be less.
Black Friday discount bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable at anytime of cancellation.
Black Friday discount code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or discount codes.
If I cancel my booking at any time I may gift/sell my booking(s) to someone else based on the terms above as long as they are fit to take part. I am responsible for arranging this and Cloud9 Wellness Hub and their affiliates will not do this on my behalf.
