Some people want that extra bit of attention when it comes to their wellness journey and I create bespoke somatic aerial hammock 1-1 classes just for you...
Maybe you are brand new to this and looking for personal training in Aerial hammock or to up-level your existing training.
Perhaps you want some focussed time for yourself and aerial meditation and mindfulness sessions tailored to meet the needs of whatever your body and mind are going through, and being guided by me and held in the hammock sounds like just what the doctor ordered.
Or maybe you've heard about the therapeutic benefits of using the hammock to help with back pain/sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, lymphatic drainage, trigger point massage and spinal decompression?
Yes it's all true and so many more health benefits I can help you with in the hammocks...
A private session is just that, dedicated to what you want and need.
I also offer private small group bookings, (up to 11 guests) for you and your family, a group of friends or colleagues, and with your children.
I work privately with all bodies, shapes and size, ages, stages and genders. For more details on using the hammocks in pregnancy click here.
Your private class(es) will be lead by me, Cloud9 director Jessica Ashby, and I have an extensive training background with over 10 years professional experience in circus performing and teaching as well as being a former school teacher.
Private classes are based on 90 minutes and are priced as follows:
1 person £108
2 people £66 each
3 - 4 people £54 each
5 - 6 people £45 each
7 - 9 people £40 each

Private classes are held at our Potters Bar studio.
As an exclusive offering to private bookings, adults receive a dreamy consensual aerial massage and/or a healing sound bath! (This applies to any private Aerial Yoga booking with or without children.)
