Some people want that extra bit of attention when it comes to their wellness journey and I create bespoke 1-1 classes just for you...
Maybe you are brand new to this and looking for personal training in Aerial hammock or to uplevel your existing training.
Perhaps you want bespoke aerial meditation and mindfulness cocoon classes tailored to meet the needs of whatever your body and mind are going through, being guided by me and held in the hammock.
Or maybe you've heard about the therapeutic benefits of using the hammock to help with back pain/sciatica, pelvic girdle pain, lymphatic drainage, trigger point massage and spinal decompression?
Yes it's all true and so many more health benefits I can help you with in the hammocks...
A private session is just that, dedicated to what you want and need.
I also offer private small group bookings, (up to 11 guests) for you and your family, a group of friends or colleagues, and with your children.
I work privately with all bodies, shapes and size, ages, stages and genders. For more details on using the hammocks in pregnancy click here.
Your private class(es) will be lead by me, Cloud9 director Jessica Ashby, and I have an extensive training background with over 10 years professional experience in circus performing and teaching as well as being a former school teacher.
Private classes are based on 90 minutes and are priced as follows:
1 person £90
2 people £54 each
3 - 4 people £45 each
5 - 6 people £40 each
7 - 9 people £36 each
Payment plans are available for block bookings, just ask!
