Our fun and active half day workshops will teach your child(ren) the fundamentals of aerial hammock - working on strength, flexibility, concentration, confidence and teamwork...
❤️ Our Valentine's special we will focus on the theme of self love and friendship, building on self worth and gratitude for others ❤️
Here they will experience circus based ground and aerial acrobatics, team building games, group and partner work, aerial yoga/acrobatics, interwoven with floating meditation and breath work to relax, calm and unwind.
Jessica has an extensive training background with over 15 years professional experience in circus performing and teaching as well as being a former school teacher and a mother.
Damien is a head basketball coach and lecturer of sport as well as being a father.
Both have over 30 years of training and teaching/coaching experience from school ages 4 years, up to adults and are on the DBS system and first aid trained.
